Getting Started

  1. Print out your workout - It should be in your email within a few minutes. Make sure to check spam if you don't see it or email [email protected]
  2. Find your jog pace - Your jog pace is a comfortable pace you can sustain for a long time. See the guide for examples.
  3. Write your jog pace and speeds - In column 2 under "Your Speed" fill in your speeds for the entire workout (pages 2-4).
  4. Get a sweat on - See how awesome it can be to workout on the treadmill.
