If you're doing our treadmill workouts, you'll want access to a treadmill! :) For our strength workouts, we have no equipment workouts, some that require dumbbells, and a few that use a step, ledge or bench.
Good question! We offer elliptical, at-home cardio, and strength workouts. While we would encourage you to try our treadmill and outdoor run workouts, there are PLENTY of options for our non-runners.
Our audio-coached cardio workouts! We come through your headphones and coach you through every step of your workout. All you have to do is put in your headphones and press play. We push you and motivate you the whole way!
We do group challenges a few times a year. They're a great way to connect with the community and check-in on your progress.
