Coaching, support, and motivation
Based on your fitness goals, we’ll give you suggestions as to which programs to do in between the challenges and throughout the year.
Also, you will be invited to a private Facebook community where you can share your fitness journey with other members and ask us any questions that come up. We’re also available for you via email for any support.
