Day 5: Total Body

It’s hard not to love a good total body workout! 

The total body workouts throughout our Elevate Guide are made up of Upper Body, Core, and Lower Body exercises from the workouts you performed earlier in that week.  This way, you’re not only familiar with the exercises you’ll be doing meaning you can perform them more efficiently, but you may even begin to see improvements from earlier in the week!  We sequence these workouts strategically and tend to choose some of the more challenging exercises to be sure that we properly fatigue each body part by the end of your 34-minute workout!
